We recommend that if you request to have no nuts that the entire order is made nut free. Peking duck rolls are the only dish that we cannot remove the peanuts from as it is in the marinade. *Please note that we use peanuts in our kitchen and cannot fully guarantee that there may not be trace elements present. garlic / onion A large portion of our dishes contain traces of garlic and onion cooked into the marinades/dressings and therefore is a tricky one to remove completely. However onion garnishes such as crispy shallots and spring onions can be removed upon request. preparation + serving All of our dishes are designed to be served as they are with no re-heating required.
