gluten

While a large portion of our offering is gluten free or can be made with a gluten free option please note the following dishes CANNOT be made gluten free.

Contains gluten:

Mini Banh mi, Peking duck rolls, Spring roll platter*, Fried Chicken Platter*, Crispy Tofu Vermicelli*.

*PLEASE NOTE: all dishes with an* are not made with gluten but may contain traces from the fryer.

nuts

We use peanuts as a garnish in a lot of our dishes and in most cases these can be left off dishes upon request. We recommend that if you request to have no nuts that the entire order is made nut free.

Peking duck rolls are the only dish that we cannot remove the peanuts from as it is in the marinade.

*Please note that we use peanuts in our kitchen and cannot fully guarantee that there may not be trace elements present.

garlic / onion

A large portion of our dishes contain traces of garlic and onion cooked into the marinades/dressings and therefore is a tricky one to remove completely. However onion garnishes such as crispy shallots and spring onions can be removed upon request.
